Mike V Golf

Lessons with Mike were -- hands down -- the best investment I made in my golf game. Mike's an amazing coach whose lessons not only improved my fundamentals but helped me see the game differently, playing more strategically and thinking and each and every shot on the course. His emphasis on my short game has given me the confidence to play well even on off days. I think golfers of all skill levels would benefit tremendously from a few sessions with Mike. I cannot recommend him enough -- 5/5 stars.

Coach Mike is hands down the best instructor that I have encountered in the DMV area. He dedicates a lot of time to his students, and his advice or counsel is first class. Every lesson comes with post-video recaps which really helps correct your swing in the long term. Before seeing Mike, my game was brutally inconsistent. Normally, I would hit in the low hundreds and on a good day hit the high-90s. After 18 hrs of instruction, I have hit in the mid-80s a couple of times and learn more about the game whenever I see him.

If you love the game of golf and feel like you can’t get to the next level after years of countless range time and weekend rounds, I can’t recommend Mike V enough. The knowledge he shared with me in a total of six hours have improved my swing IQ and led to more consistency. Before my lessons, I had some good days, but I also had some very very bad days on the course in terms of ball striking. The videos and commentary shared with me by Mike showed me how exactly my techniques on swings chips and putts needed to change. I’ve made good progress in making those changes throughout the lessons thanks to Mike’s thoughtful and productive feedback. The knowledge that I know have has raised the floor of my performance and makes me FEEL like I can shoot in the 70s any day.
