What people say about (Swan Lake Golf Course)

Bill

Course is nice but crowded. There were a lot of 4’s being yelled!! Sign in process is horrible especially if you’re driving the cart. You’d think you were at Augusta!! The only person who was nice there was the girl giving you your cart! Bless her for fulfilling a position that isn’t necessary! I wanted to punch the guy behind the counter and the old geezer at the first tee box! I’ll never be back!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I have never been treated so bad in my life. Our group started as an 8 som. The warden didn't like that so he very rudely told us to split up and we couldn't play with more than 6. A couple people left, and we were left with 6. Continued plating as a 6 some and the warden was extremely rude, threatened to call the cops and kicked everyone off the course. I tried to have a civil conversation with him after everyone left and he stood up and pointed his radio at my face and continued to degrade me. First time I have ever been kicked off a course in my 8 years of playing.

We will get to the negstive reviews.... 1st off Swan Lake is the best course between this side of Nashville and Hopkinsville. The greens are always great, along with the fairways and tee boxes. Yes during certain times of the season the course is out of shape but it always comes back. I'm thankful for a course as nice as Swan to be public and not charge an arm and a leg. Does it grt crowded sure but that's just thr nature of how much Clarksville has grown. Don't like it, get an earlier tee time. Now the negative reviews... To the driver that had their windshield hit, it's not the courses responsibility but the players. To the one complaining about not getting a rain check after playing 11 holes, every course has rules and policies. You already played 11, what's another 7? Would hate for you to play in a tourney lol. To the one that says everyone is rude, that couldn't be farther from the truth. The staff is great, including Zach and Charles. The new way to get the cart is 100% necessary if you're familiar with the course. Swan thank you for being the course that you are and giving avid golfers a challenging course to hone in their game!
