Shanty Creek Resort - Schuss Mountain Golf Course

Excellent course at Schiss , shade in the evenings and beautiful woods surrounding most holes. We had a great experience on Father’s Day Weekend with the Pro Sean who gave us a family lesson - youngest 5 year old and oldest 40. Each of us improved our swing. Looking forward to get back before the end of the season!

Awesome course. August, 2024. I visited from SC and love the northern grass. Greens are flat near the holes, like they are supposed to be. Sand traps are properly filled and fairways & rough are in great shape. No forced carrys. Will come again.

Avoid if you're looking to RELAX. Course employees were absolutely harassing our group the entire time. Cannot celebrate a made putt or great shot. Had a group of 16 grown men just looking to enjoy some time away from wife and kids and we were treated like a bunch of 20 year old bachelors. Not to mention, the course if very overpriced for the quality. Will not bring our group back
