Roosevelt Stables at FDR State Park

First off the horses here looked very well taken care of. That was a huge bonus for me. I've been other places where that was not the case. I would definitely come back. We did the 2 hr ride and it was peaceful, the view at the top is beautiful. Everyone in our party loved it. And it was actually 2 hrs. Horses were calm. I highly recommend this spot.

We had an amazing time horse back riding at Roosevelt Stables! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They were strategic in where they placed the horses and taught the first time riders the basics of how to ride. Our 7 year old LOVED it so much!

Absolutely an AMAZING experience and nothing but a great time, Eddie and his girls were amazing so patient and very professional with the teaching and having you bond with the horse you would be riding. The trails are very well laid out, and the horses are very well trained. I highly recommend while at Pine Mountain make this part of your family, couple or even if you’re single and come here and enjoy an amazing serene ride.
