Dorchester Golf Club

I vacationed at Fairfield Glade a number of years ago and played most of the area courses. Dorchester was very nice but I certainly did not bring my "A" game that day. Tight fairways got to me, but I did get a few nice pics!

I enjoyed playing this course. It was in good condition, but apparently more used than others in the area. Tee boxes and fairways have a lot of wear and tear, and the greens are extremely sandy because of aerification.

Been coming to the Fairfield Glade for 15 years. Only course we constantly have issues with golf course management. Staff is unfriendly, disrepectful and do everything they can to make the golf as little fun as possible. Don’t bring a group bigger than 4 out - if you and your friends want to have fun and watch each other hit off the first tee, forget about that. Pace of play! Only one group of carts on the 1st tee box at once. And they wonder why they fall behind. Head Pro knows more than Jay Monahan so don’t bother discussing it with him. Great course, needs new management and someone with any sort of feel to take over.
