Bertram Golf Packages

First, let me say that Bertram handled our golf trip excellently. We were accommodated with every request for tee times and playing days. The price for the trip was also very reasonable for four days of golf with two days of 27 holes. Jeffrey answered every question and responded timely to every email I sent prior to our trip. Our only concern was that someone, the fourth person in our group, had to sleep on a hide-a-bed sleeper/sofa, we knew this during the booking process. For our next visit we will book early enough to get to stay at the Country Club Villas. But overall the condo was great with plenty of room. We had a great time and Wyndham and Bertram made our trip a great experience.

Our group of 20-24 has been coming to Fairfield Glade for 7 years now for our annual get together of retired co-workers. This year we decided to give Bertram a try and had a great experience. Jon Doran was very responsive, always returning my calls or emails right away. For me (the tour guide for the group), coordinating that many guys who fly or drive in from all over the country is challenging. Jon was very understanding of our situation and flexible in dealing with all of our moving parts and last minute changes. Good accommodations and he was able to get us on our top choices of courses. 2nd year booking with Bertram, I coordinate our trip each year and it was super easy working with these guys, very flexible with us right up to check-in. I would not say the condos are luxury but we find them perfect for four guys. We had four condos and all were very nicely remodeled on the inside. There are some minor things if you are picky but the kitchens were really nice, beds very comfortable, nice flat screens to watch our games, and very clean. Location is great, Stonehinge and Heatherhurst courses are within 5 minutes drive. The golf courses are unbelievable for the price. Some of the prettiest views I've seen on a course and they have been in near perfect shape both years, we love the elevation change and the views hole to hole. It didn't hurt that the weather was absolutely perfect as well. THanks Jon and J. P. for everything this year, we'll be back.
