Fairfield Glade Community Club

I accompanied an older home owner friend to get bracelets since I spend a lot of time in FFG, secretary hands us a print out to get 2 week passes online and says "Good luck with that" Turns out the print out has the wrong website info and I ended up calling to help my friend. We eventually made it through the process so she could prepare for arrival of her family but I've never been treated like that by anyone in FFG over 20yrs and my almost 90 yr old friend would've been defeated, not only felt that way, had I not helped her. Its upsetting she was treated with such disrespect when she pays to live there and have the amenities. However, the staff at all the places to visit r absolutely lovely if u can get past this secretary and pls don't try to go alone if ur elderly or not tech savy!

Lots of great activities and staff!

People there were great! I live in a retirement community here a s have 6 kids. You hear rumors in town that they don't like kids up here, but wowsers, these people were so excited to have us, and showed me as much as they could as far as things to do with the kids. They all were amazing, and very accommodating! They were super excited to have all of us! Thanks to all those that helped me today!
