What people say about (Killian Greens Golf Club)

Robert Orsino

I’ve been playing this course for several years and the service BY FAR is the standard on how to not treat your customers. Checked radar 1 hour before tee time and we thought we were in the clear and booked online through Killians website… I totally understand there is a cancellation policy but that’s not the point of this post. The fun starts when we arrive 30 mins after purchasing our tee time. Rain was on the horizon and we asked the pro shop to cancel our booking given that there was a massive storm outside. We were greeted with the “sorry no refunds.” The girl at the pro shop said we can make up a fake story about a family emergency. Golf is a game of integrity. Long story short they wouldn’t give us our money back and sent us out with the course underwater. Shame on Killian for not caring for the customers. No wonder people keep poisoning the greens. I wish you guys the best. Stop giving this course money until they take a class on customer service.

Absolutely Appalling – Avoid at All Costs If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this disgrace of a golf course. What should have been a relaxing round turned into an exercise in frustration, thanks to a business that clearly thrives on deception and disorganization. First off, the overbooking is outrageous. Tee times are stacked back-to-back with zero regard for pace of play or course capacity. We waited over 30 minutes past our scheduled time just to start, and every hole was a bottleneck nightmare. It was like playing golf in a traffic jam. But what really makes this place inexcusable are its unethical business practices. They charge upfront (of course), but good luck trying to get a refund when they inevitably screw something up. Whether it's weather-related closures, double-booked times, or billing errors, their response is always the same: stall, deny, and deflect. The so-called "management" is either unreachable or unapologetically indifferent. Emails go unanswered, phone calls get you nowhere, and don't even bother asking for a refund—it’s like throwing your money into a black hole. . One has to wonder if they're deliberately making the process convoluted just to wear down anyone trying to dispute a charge. This isn’t just a poorly run course—it’s a scam dressed up as a golf facility. Save yourself the frustration and find a place that actually respects its customers. This course doesn't deserve your business, or anyone else’s.

Absolutely terrible experience at Killian Greens Golf Course. The grass was in awful condition—patchy, uneven, and clearly not maintained properly. But the worst part? The staff. Hands down the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered at a golf course. They were dismissive, disrespectful, and even straight-up racist toward us. It was beyond unacceptable. If you’re looking for a decent course with good service, avoid this place at all costs. Never coming back.
