What people say about (RedTail)

Bror Ekdahl

There are some very nice holes on this course. It's a good blend of challenging shots and some easier ones. The best part was some of the views you get while playing, as well as the surrounding homes/neighborhoods to admire. When I played, the course was in great shape. It's definitely worth playing (especially when it's not too hot!)

Course is in rough shape. Sandy greens. Holes where u don’t even know where fairway is. Clubhouse is nice. Cart girl on course. But idk if 45$ is worth it for a Saturday morning tee time. Likely won’t be back until there are improvements or if course was 20$ ish

This has a challenging layout and is nestled in a beautiful area surrounded by a very expensive, immaculate neighborhood. Unfortunately, the course seems to have been mismanaged to the point where they can't even afford to keep it anywhere near acceptable condition. The fairways might be the best part of the course. They're in decent shape. The greens are very bad right now, full of weeds and large sandy patches with no growth. Most tee boxes are a disaster, some are literally just sand. Speaking of sand, the opposite is true with the bunkers, most of them have been allowed to get overgrown to the point where they have to be played as ground under repair. Maybe worst of all is the rough. It looks like it's mowed maybe once every six months and we were in the later stage of that cycle? It makes the entire course look overgrown and unsightly, not to mention the fact I lost more balls in the rough where I should've been able to find them than I did a couple weeks ago at Crane's Lake, which is just water hazard after water hazard. We only paid $20 to play there, but it wasn't even worth half that with how frustrating it is to play a course in this kind of condition.
