Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate

Nice course, well maintained, but pricey. The downside: The worst, most arrogant staff I’ve ever encountered at an elite course. I’m referring to the leadership and clubhouse staff, not the maintenance team. Those guys are really friendly. I won’t pay to play this course again.

Nicklaus is a nice course. I expected more with a name like Nicklaus. Carts don’t have GPS- which isn’t a big deal but something you’re accustomed to at nicer places. There is a large driving range. The clubhouse is very nice. I attended a charity tournament here and it was fun.

Parking for the pool is inadequate for large swim events. High prices at the snack bar. IMO, this is not a good venue for large swim meets because you end up staring at the backs of people standing in front of you since there are no risers.
