Kansas Sampler/Rally House Oak Park

I needed a quick gift for a client so I stopped into the Kansas sampler. My cashier, Maura, really hooked me up! She even got me a gift bag and KU themed tissue paper for my item. Thank you Maura and Kansas sampler, for making me look good!!

I absolutely love Rally House! They have the best selection of team clothing anywhere. I gave this 2 star rating because of the consistently awful customer service and rude employees at the Lenexa store. It really takes the fun out of shopping there. I have not experienced this at other Rally House locations.

Been coming to this location for well over a decade and grew up down the street. Michelle was one of the most unfriendly and non helpful manager I have ever dealt with. I will take my business else where from here on out. She was training an employee and told me that I must exchange because I didn't have a receipt I couldn't be given in-store credit I was then told by the training associate but I need to have a receipt it was the policy and I asked for a copy of the policy I was told to look it up myself on the website. I did and it said I was entitled to a voucher in-store credit. I do not understand why Michelle lied and then did not even come over to apologize. I understand they are busy with super bowl stuff but when a customer needs help you help the customer. I asked about shirt and she told me she only had two of the kinds in stock and then proceeds to pull out a third kind and says it just got delivered. I understand that she doesn't want to get in the habit of pulling boxes out the back but I do not appreciate being lied to. This is not how you treat a customer! I was given tickets to a royals game in the divisional round in 2015 by the CFO. I will forever be grateful but after all the times of dealing with online orders not being available to pick up when I get there and now the customer service is completely lacking I have to find somewhere else to shop.
