The Lenexa location constantly has issues with their calibration. I spoke to the guy who is supposed to be running the place about it and he even said, "Yeah, I hate those machines. Come check out the new location in Overland Park. You'll like it better. If you still want to cancel after, I'll cancel your membership." This was obviously after I told him I wanted to cancel because I had been billed $160 a month for months and only ever went up 3 times because after the third time of the machines not functioning properly I gave up wasting my time. So, I went up to the new location. Gave it a chance. Things seemed to be working much better with the overhead machines. I thought, "Nice! Maybe I'll actually get a little value for the money I have already invested." Took a buddy with me that weekend (guests were free) and not only did we run into several issues with the overhead shot display not working, the calibration went totally haywire halfway through our round. Seemed about right. So, I sent another email asking to cancel. The next response I got was that guests weren't free anymore. Then I finally got an email back about my cancellation and they basically told me the only way to cancel (4 uses after 8 months of paying) was for me to pay almost the entire rest of my membership off in a lump sum. Bottom line, this place is garbage and the customer service (if you can even call it that) is just as bad as the equipment. I pay monthly for a membership and still go to X-Golf when I want to be on a sim. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE I know. Don't waste your time or money. There are plenty of better options around.
