What people say about (SaddleBrooke Homeowners Association #2)

Rodger Beard

I live in the other HOA but also visit HOA1 often. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a "club" feeling there like my old yacht club in SoCal. My most recent HOA1 visit demonstrates. I'd lost my membership card and so visited the office, expecting to pay a fee. Instead, here's what happened: the office person I spoke with flashed a friendly smile when I explained and replied "we'll fix that". Thinking it might not have been returned after paying for a meal, she walked me to both restaurants, found the persons in charge (it was 10 in the morning so they were both in their kitchens, busy preparing for lunch) and had them look in their lost card files (apparently this happens often). When my card didn't turn up she walked me back to the office and made me a new card on the spot. And smiled while doing this , The charge? No charge. When I thanked her she replied "please come see us whenever we can help". See what I mean? Saddlebrooke HOA1 is 5 stars for sure!

No longer developer controlled. Home owner controlled. Good food, particularly breakfast and lunch. Three pools to choose from. Three golf courses. Stunning views. Tennis. Pickleball. Dozens of clubs. Very safe location 25 miles north of downtown Tucson. Gated from 10 pm to 5 pm with only one way in/out during that time. Great for retirement and has everything you need to enjoy life. People pay good money to vacation in Tucson. Why not live here?

Love it here! The weather! The amenities! The mountains! A very utopian existence and I enjoy it.
