At this point it's gross negligence and false advertising. Dr Horton is scamjng hard working ppl out of there money and time. Update July 2024: Still waiting no work has been done since this review or after. Warranty department screens calls. They do not care and they are not to be trusted. Do not buy a home from dr Horton! Repair tickets since 2021 have not been finished. Repeated attempts to reach out have been ignored. No one ever came to repair or even look at the concrete driveway. large craters have formed driveway is only two years old and problems began with a month of living in the home. Large spots of never painted after partial drywall repair. Cracks continue to appear in garage inspector says most likely due to poor framing. All outdoor electric floating in drywall no studs no support essentially wires hanging. At this point I am considering a lawsuit as these appear to be purposeful actions intend to cut corners and increase profit or the work of unskilled labors.

Most of my doors don’t close. The superintendent for Valhalla ranch estates (Paul) dismissed all that I was concerned with. Several f my neighbors and coworkers that live here found him very rude and unresponsive. He acted like it I was a bother and he didn’t have time for me. I lived in a Dr Horton home previously and I never received this type of service. I am very displeased with this whole group of people. I hate my home because of my treatment. And am looking to sell this house
