The Golf Villas at Oro Valley

Been living here for over 5+ years and I have to say that it is the best place I have ever lived in! Very spacious, amazing accommodations, amenities, spacious apartments, and the views are wonderful! It is a very nice area where you can easily get all of your needs met near your home. The office staff is very welcoming and they are always happy to help with any sort of issues that may happen during your stay. They post events throughout the year to celebrate different occasions which is very sweet of them! Very thankful for all of the staff in the office! Sayeh, Christin, Miriam, and Haja! They are all very professional, prompt, and will answer any questions you may have! The maintenance crew are always very accommodating and work really hard for the community! Even when they are going from project to project, they take the time to make sure everyone feels welcomed around here too! Thank you Frank, Jose, and Jose P.! If you are looking for a welcoming community where you can feel relaxed with an amazing view, this is the place for you!

Looking for a new place to call home? Look no further than The Golf Villas at Oro Valley. We are very happy to call this our home. The management staff is excellent, the maintenance staff is outstanding. Any issues we have had has been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The amenities are perfect for our family. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment near by, we are next to the El Conquistador Golf Course. Please consider moving here, we love to meet new neighbors.

I reported breezeway lights outside my apt were out. It was so dark our Apt #'s could not be seen in case of deliveries. There were all replaced the next day. Great job by Frank and his maintenance crew ! Addendum : Problems here : pools are advertised as heated - but they are NOT ! I just tried to swim in lower pool and water was so cold pool is unusable for me. Temperature outside is triple digits, so this was a big disappointment. If you like plants: Golf Villas doesn't like you. They have given me 2 letters threatening me with fines for " excessive plants by my front door and patio." Seriously ? For a few green houseplants ? Fines ? There is nothing in our lease that states what number of plants are " excessive ", so it 's all somebody's opinion. The management here prefers a corporate housing appearance, without personalization of patios and entrances. I think it makes buildings resemble cellblocks, like in prisons, where no personal touches are allowed. If I had known about this, I probably would not have signed my lease. It's like a punitive HOA. Think hard before agreeing to their lease if gardening is one of your hobbies. You will also receive letters threatening fines for putting water or birdseed out for wildlife here in the desert in triple digits. Can't have that. Best thing about property is location. Worse thing is management. They have spies roaming property selectively choosing residents to report... but those same spies chose to ignore some obvious " violations"... So I guess it's the old " who you know" to avoid hassles here.
