Went here not really knowing what it was other than I’d be going to a driving range. It’s so much more. They had great service and I really did not know it was a full entertainment experience with a server and who can bring you food and drink orders while you’re there. They had fun mini games you can choose or just the practice if you want to just work on your drives and keep hitting golf balls one after another. It takes the driving range to a whole new level. I did not eat there so I can’t comment on the food but now that I know what it is I can be better prepared for next time. The facility itself was very nice and clean and the staff was great! They do have clubs you can use as well if you don’t bring your own.

Real happy they redid the menu and made it adorable. Only sad part i left my ring on the table and the waiter must have thrown it away :/

I took my daughter to Topgolf for her birthday on Sunday, and it turned into a terrible, embarrassing experience. From the start, our server Ty was rude and dismissive. We asked about the “Sunday Funday” promotion and a food basket meant to serve up to six people, and she couldn’t tell us what it included. We were new to having an event there and needed a little help, but we didn’t get any.
It was a hot summer day, so my daughter’s cake began to melt. We rushed to sing happy birthday and decided to leave early. I sent my daughter to the car with our things while I went to clean myself up — I had icing on my feet and clothes.
When I came out of the restroom, I saw my daughter crying. Ty had run out of the building and gotten in the faces of my daughter and three other underage girls, yelling at them that they needed to pay. She even had security posted at the door. My daughter told her several times that I was in the restroom, and Ty completely ignored her and continued to harass them.
As I walked out of the restroom with my younger daughter and friend, Ty started yelling at me in front of other families and guests. It was humiliating, aggressive, and totally uncalled for. I explained I was in the bathroom cleaning up, but she wouldn’t listen.
We had every intention of paying, and there was no excuse to treat a group of minors — or anyone — like that. I would never recommend Topgolf for a birthday or family outing. The lack of professionalism and basic respect was shocking.
