On our way to my daughter’s softball game I decided to stop at her favorite restaurant and grab her some breakfast. Huge mistake! I went through the drive through because I thought it would be quicker. We arrived at 10:06 and didn’t leave there until 10:32! They were out of biscuits. Please tell me how you run out of one of your main items for breakfast. Then after waiting FOREVER they were burnt! I mean like you could smell it burnt. Very disappointing as this restaurant is a favorite of ours.

Going here in the morning is fine, the service is quick and staff is capable. Coming to this location at lunch time or in the evening is awful. It takes fast food about 4 minutes to deep fry chicken. Why does the drive thru take 20+ minutes?

My boyfriend went to pick up food. How do you mess up a dine-in and drive thru order… they messed up my whole order. They gave me the dine-in order instead of my drive thru order.
