I’ve been to this Burger King a few times because it is closest to my house. The worst service. I waited in the drive thru for about 20mins. The guy in front of me took some time and then when I got to the window my order took some time. I kept my patience because I was hoping my food was going to be fresh for the wait. Instead the chicken was old and cold, the whoopers were cold. So I’m confused as to why they always have such a long wait when they’re not even cooking the food fresh.

Burger king for me has always been a go to when it comes to fast food. I can confidently say it's one of the great, again when it comes to fast food. This is why I chose to come to burger king today. I especially like this location, and these are my 3 reasons why.
1. Never have had a problem with my food or order.
2. The location is convenient & the food is always ready fast.
3. Great customer service compared to some other burger king's in town.
I really felt like writing this review for one specific reason though, and that is because of one specific worker. He goes by trae and I must say this everytime I come here and he is here the kid is on point. He works hard and his work ethic is solidly persistent. One thing that made trae stand out is the fact that he is always so polite & always welcomes every person. No matter who the person is he always says welcome, and that is something that sadly seems to be not so common now a days. Whoever is in charge should make sure that trae's hard work & kindness is acknowledged, and that he is properly awarded ! Give that kid a raise pronto.

First time to a Burger King in 10 years. Service was bad. Waited 15 min to get 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich. Had to remind to get my drink cups. Asked where my chocolate sauce was for the churros and the guy shrugged and said 'don't have any'. Pretty sure the tall hairy guy with glasses hates women. The guy before me waited forever and when he was given his food he received an apology. I waited forever and got a big shrug and no apology. Guy after me waited forever and hairy glasses dude got an apology and an offer of a free drink cup. Sometimes I forget that when you have 30 year old adults making $10 an hour and are only qualified to slap crap on a bun, you shouldn't expect much.
