What people say about (Bear Creek Golf Complex)

Jack Martin

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Cub Course, and overall, it was a great time. The staff really stood out; the man at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and the workers at the cart station were friendly and welcoming. The cart we rented was clean, well-maintained, and worked perfectly throughout our round. The course wasn't overly crowded, which made for a relaxed atmosphere, and everyone we encountered on the course was respectful and friendly. However, my main concern was the condition of the course and its surroundings. The overall appearance of the course, including the parking lot and areas between holes, left something to be desired. There's a lot of unkempt desert landscape with visible trash scattered around. Unfortunately, trash was a common sight throughout the course, from the parking lot to the bushes and even along nearly every hole. Considering the price to play here, I expected the course to be in better condition, especially coming out of what is likely the busy season. While I understand it's hard to control litter, I do believe there could be more effort in maintaining a cleaner and more well-kept environment. It would definitely enhance the experience and make it more in line with the cost of playing the course.

Good executive course. Always in good shape. No potable water on the course stinks. Areas around the greens in good shape. Great price for 3 hour round.

Easy course. Course is well kept and lots of little wildlife along the way to keep it interesting. Only real issue I have is that the course never stops at the clubhouse at any point for like a halfway snack, drink and bathroom break. Drink cart only came around one time the whole round so not being able to stop at the clubhouse ourselves was a bummer. Barely any bathrooms along the course as well, and no water tanks either. If they fix that issue the course would be a great basic and easy course.
