Stonewall Golf Club

This course was a solid 9/10!!! Being greeted at the car where somebody picked up the bags and had them ready to go on the cart for us was impressive. Tee time includes range balls which is always a plus. Great customer service from everybody we encountered, from the pro shop, restaurant, starter, Marshall, etc. beautiful well-kept and challenging course. Fun “hit the green” challenge on a par 3 we weren’t expecting. Small areas of improvement are the bunkers are more mud than sand and the greens were a bit choppy at times. That being said I would not hesitate to make this a course I frequent moving forward, very impressive.

Stonewall Golf Club in Gainesville, VA is truly one of the hidden gems in Northern Virginia. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with stunning views of Lake Manassas, a beautifully maintained course, and a welcoming, professional staff. The course itself is in excellent condition, with a layout that’s both challenging and enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels. The fairways and greens are consistently well-kept, and the scenic surroundings make every round feel like a retreat. Price is pretty reasonable as well.

I photographed a wedding at the Stonewall Golf Club early this month. Landscapes are stunning with lush green and water features, providing a beautiful and natural setting for photo backdrops. It also provides indoor ceremony opportunities. Recommend it to couples who are planning their wedding.
