Great course, fairways are well maintained. There are many holes where you can easily end up in brush or water, there is an overwater shot even. This course has a variety of holes that would favor forehand or backhand respectively. You have left turns, right turns, uphill, downhill, long, and short holes. There are narrow wooded shots and open shots, I can find a way to mess up either. Can make for a long day for a true beginner, highland park or Waldron would be more favorable to get someone into the sport, in my opinion. This course and mayflower would be great for intermediate to advanced players in the roanoke area. Highly recommend this course in regards to roanoke courses.
Its a nice challenging 18 hole course! The scenery is awesome and kept very clean! I highly recommend playing a round here!
This is definitely one of the best disc golf courses in a 50 mile radius, but it really grows up a little dense in the summer. Playing from October through spring is beautiful, but outside of that you'd better stay in the fairway.
