My niece exchanged her wedding vows at The Bentwater Yacht and Country Club this past Saturday. The entire experience from working with and meeting the event planner Mike Ross was phenomenal. Mike was hands on and so accommodating from day one. He and his colleague Kate made her special day a day to remember. The views at the Bentwater is breathtaking and it was so nice that our family and friends were able to rent out all the rooms at the Villa so we could enjoy the entire weekend together. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I couldn't recommend Bentwater any more! The venue was gorgeous and the service was immaculate! We had a relatively small wedding (approx. 80 guests), over half of whom traveled from out of town and having on-site lodging was fantastic. We received tons of compliments on how nice the villas were. Even my notoriously germaphobic MIL complimented the cleanliness of the rooms! Chloe and her staff did an excellent job assisting with setting up our room block and managing all the guest reservations. Mike and rest of the Bentwater venue staff were exceptional to work with as well! Mike was consistently available throughout the planning process to answer questions, day and night. On the day of, Mike was available throughout the day and went above and beyond to help wherever he could, assisting with set-up and anything else we needed throughout the event. I would recommend Bentwater, Mike, and Chloe to anyone looking for a wedding or event venue!
As wedding photographers, we’ve had the pleasure of working at many beautiful venues, but Bentwater Yacht & Country Club is a showstopper. The lake views are absolutely stunning and provide the perfect backdrop for romantic, light filled photos. Whether we were capturing intimate moments by the water or golden hour portraits on the lawn, every shot felt magical. But what really makes this place shine is the staff. They were welcoming and helpful not just to the couple and their guests, but to vendors like us as well. It makes such a difference when you’re working with a team that genuinely cares. We honestly can't wait to shoot another wedding here. It’s a dream location, and any couple would be lucky to say “I do” in such a beautiful place!
