What people say about (Mike Terry Ford)

Pedro in service is the best!! If it's not right the first time, he'll work with you until it is. I really appreciate the time everyone took with me throughout the dealership on my new purchase. This was my second time with a Mike Terry dealer and it was very pleasant. I didn't think they would meet me where I was at, but low and behold, they did and I got a brand new expedition and I'm loving it!! Thank you all!!

Horrible experience. Worst dealership experience ive ever had. Ive already spent $2k in repairs and i have only had the truck 5 days. So in summary the mechanics there arent worth absolutely anything, the sales men will up-charge u $10k, and straight up lie to u. Found a ram 3500 on car guru that i liked listed for $54,000. When i got there on 3/27/2025 to see the truck(i live an hr and a half way) and test drive it everything went fine. Until we started talking numbers. They claimed the listing price was 64k not 54k. I went back and forth with the sales man(whose name is Will) for awhile until he claimed that car guru changes the prices without telling them. At the time i thought this was B.S. and was later proven it was indeed B.S. after a quick google search and phone call with car guru. So they have no problem lying to you. After more back and forth i talked them down to 58k but told them i wanted to think about it in my car but they still had my car keys and all but refused to get me my keys TO MY OWN TRUCK. It took me 3 times to get my keys back. After i payed they said they would deliver it the next day (friday). The next day the delivery driver got here over 2 hrs late and dealership didnt even give delivery driver the correct address. Then over the next day i noticed the breaks are grinding then suddenly just give out completely. Im having to stand on the breaks and use my engine break to come to complete stops. On sunday i take it to firestone where they informed me that there was no break pad installed on the front passenger tire which cause the rotor and caliper to be completely destroyed and break fluid to leak so bad that in 2 minutes u could swim in it. So i had to replace those and the caliper on the driver side as well due to not knowing how long that caliper was bearing all the weight of a ram 3500 dully by itself. I call the sales man (its sunday so the dealership is closed) to inform him of the issue. He says that they will tow it back up to mexia and repair it there. I responded with “in all due respect and ik its not directly ur fault but ur mechanics couldnt even find there wasnt a break pad there i dont exactly trust them to repair it completely or correctly so im a bit weary of ur company.” To which he replied “damn hoe ill have someone call u in the morning.” And hung up on me. 2 days later and i have heard nothing back from them. I also took it to another mechanic to have them check everything and they found an additional 4 items that the dealership should have found but didnt. Including a pretty severe leak in the transfer case and a code for the engine breather filter. So the mechanics obviously didnt even hook a code reader up to the truck when they brought it in as a trade. And on top of everything i still havent heard back from them. So in summary the mechanics there arent worth anything and the sales men will up-charge u $10k and straight up lie to u. -1111000000/10 never use them.

Mike Terry Ford for the win! My salesman, Will, listened to what I had to say and presented me with several options, which we test drove until I knew which car was the one for me. He got me my perfect vehicle! So happy with my car, and how the process went. Thank you, gentlemen!
