It was a car I wanted around $10,000&they told me I had to pay 70% ($7,000) of what the car is worth.I knew my credit score wasn’t in the best position but I had $3,000 to put down. This was some years back;now that I’m more knowledgeable….. I realized they never intended on selling me a car.

They kept my truck for days, hardly communicated when it was going to be done. Dodged my calls. Finally picked it up just to see the same two error messages pop up immediately on the dash that I took it in for. Beyond infuriating... I don't think anyone even looked at it, just told me to come back and pick it up. Such a waste of my time.

I have bought 2 brand new fusions here, both were cleaned nicely when I got in them. The sales men were very helpful with any question I had about the features. I also get all my services done here, on the first and second fusion as well as my mustang. Always are on point and never try to sell me random stuff that's not needed. Any work I have needed done for recall or on my other vehicles and families vehicles has been done right and with out issue. Really nice to have a trusted shop to take my vehicles into. I highly recommend for any ford sales and/or services.
