Lake St Louis Community Association

Our nonprofit held a conference here in March 2025 and it could not have been more of a disaster. For reference, we held one here in 2023 as well and as it didn't go exactly as planned we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Becky was extremely hard to get a response from. After thinking we clarified everything on multiple occasions we did not have coffee as promised either day, the linens were not changed on day two, our participants had to empty the trash, and Becky was no where to be found either day. When attempting to negotiate the price because of all the issues we had, we were lied to on multiple occasions and were charged an unauthorized amount. Carolyn was helpful during the conference, but I guess was scared to tell Becky the truth about what a shit-show it really was. We will never use this facility again. The sad thing is that some of the members of this community were in attendance and said things have really gone downhill with management.

WE LOVE ALL THE FOOD. ITS ALWAYS HAS THE BEST BARTENDERS AND THE SERVICE IS PERFECT. PLEASE TRY, CAROLYN IS THE BEST.

Beautiful venue, staff was amazing. Bartender Patty was outstanding to our 65 guests.
