Challenging, Scenic, and Well-Maintained WinterStone Golf Course is one of the hidden gems in the Kansas City area. The layout is both scenic and challenging, with rolling hills, and elevation changes. The greens were in great shape during my round fast, true, and well-kept. Tee boxes and fairways were also solid. Pace of play was reasonable. Clubhouse staff were friendly and helpful, and the practice facilities were better than average. I recommend this course to anyone in the area.
The course is in great shape! Has a perfect mixture of forgiveness and challenge for your game! Gavyn the gentleman who works the front counter is outstanding and very helpful! I would recommend this course to anyone!
Winterstone Golf Course off Kentucky Road in Independence Missouri. Plenty of parking. The clubhouse has a good selection of WinterStone logo related golf items. Interior was clean, well lit and organized. Bathroom was clean. Events center was clean. Food was good. Staff was friendly. The golf course was using the 90 degree rule - 90 from the cart path to your ball. The golf course had group under repair. Fairways had good run out and the greens putted fast and held a good line.
