Shop 'N Pawn Of Independence (on the Independence Square)

Personally, I would leave zero stars if I could I came in with two friends from across the street at the bowling alley just to take a look for fun and see if they might be anything I would want. I ended up seeing a in the box Nintendo controller priced at $25. I walked out of the store. Having only paid 20 beings. I bought other items with my friends to see about getting a discount when I arrived at home the controller did not work. major stick drift to the point of being unusable of course it had only been an hour until close so when I found this out, it was a little too late to come back within the same day. I called the next morning at open and they said they couldn’t do anything for me not an exchange obviously not a refund being the nature of the store but not even an exchange? I could at least go to 23rd St., Pond and they sell me some crap they own up to it. 0/5 stars will not be returning

overly very awkward experience. we went in there to trade in stuff. as soon as we walked in they acted almost mad that we came in at all? very unwelcoming. The lady just looked through my boyfriend’s stuff and handed it back to him without saying anything. weirdest pawn shop ever.

Came in today to look at a Mitchell acoustic guitar I saw they had listed on Marketplace. The two ladies there were very nice and patient with me. I bought the guitar and it is now one of my favorites. I had to change the strings out which came with the guitar. I was very satisfied with the guitar and most of all with the great customer service. Thanks ladies. I saw a Taylor acoustic behind the counter. I may be back.
