Branson.com Landing

I purchased tickets to David at Sight and Sound theater and Dolly's Stampede via the 800 phone number with Branson.com, and the experience was easy and pleasant. We got a great discount on our tickets for David and pickup was simple and easy. There were no high-pressure sales or time share pitches involved. I would definitely buy tickets from Branson.com again.

Purchased the tickets online and there was NO mention of having to pick them up online. After purchasing, we were told there wasn’t enough tickets for our group of 9 so we had to take a different price point for tickets to sit together. The address was different of where to pick them up in the email, luckily we saw a location driving in and stopped but then had to wait over 20 minutes with one person in front of us to pickup tickets. However that was just another voucher. That voucher we had to stand in another line at the show to get actual tickets. We wasted over an hour of time and barely made our show. The communication prior to booking was non existent at best about the process of actually getting tickets. We went back on the site to see if we missed something and sure enough it does not mention tickets will need to be picked up!
