This place is far from perfect — and that’s exactly what makes it special. If you’re looking to escape the crowds, tourist traps, and nonstop noise, this hidden gem is worth checking out. It’s literally someone’s backyard, and while that might sound unusual, it actually adds to the charm. There’s something refreshingly raw and real about it. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Ask him how this place started — it’s a cool story that gives you even more appreciation for the spot. I had a great time. That said, some of the hitting mats are pretty worn out — a few are practically unhittable — so some fresh mats or a better-leveled area would go a long way. Even just trimming the grass in the hitting zone to 1–2 inches daily would elevate the experience. If you’re into spots that are a little rough around the edges but full of character and potential, this one’s worth a visit. I’m excited to see how it grows.
