So much fun! The front 9 and back 9 have very different styles, but both are great to play. Plenty to challenge anyone, the greens are challenging, and the fairways can be tight. And let's not forget the ubiquitous northern Michigan water and wildlife. We golf here often, not only because we enjoy the course, but also because we enjoy the owner. Dave and his staff are friendly and fun, the price is reasonable, and the views are fabulous!
The club house was nothing to brag about but does what it is suppose to. The course was in good shape. If you get sea sick take some dramamine because the greens are the waviest I have ever seen lol. Almost unplayable for the average golfer. Humbling course for sure!
David was an absolute animal. We were going through a struggling time and didn’t have clubs. He came in there like an eagle and gave us an entire set of clubs for free plus throw throw and two clubs to bring home. He checked on us on the whole 16th and nature, we were OK. He was an absolutely amazing guy and showed me true Golf etiquette along with giving us free range time and whatever we needed to feel comfort in the struggling time I couldn’t ever ask for a better employee.
