Staff was very disrespectful the date we visited was today 07/10/25, the lady was a brunette, kind of tan, brown eyes, and wears her hair in a low bun today. She kicked my daughter off the golf carts for NO REASON AT ALL. I was watching her the whole time and my daughter was getting bumped into by older kids, and adults. But for some reason, my daughter got wrote on her purple wristband “X golf cart.” It’s ruined the whole experience for both me and my daughter and I think consequences should be made for the employee who did that her description again is, a black shirt that says “STAFF” on the back, brown hair with a low bun, brown eyes, and tan. She was very rude and gave attitude to younger kids. Everyplace else was better and I had a better experience.

I was there with my two kiddos with a birthday party . I paid $30 a piece for the wristbands. They wanted to do rock climbing but no one was at the gate. I went inside to inquire why and was told that it was shut down. There was no sign to let people know that it was out of order. I then asked for golf balls to do put- put instead and I was informed that their wrist bands had expired. I purchased them on my own and did not get them with the birthday party group. So, I had to pay an additional $14 for that. I couldn't believe since we had already paid and was unable to do all of the activities included they would accommodate but no! So unprofessional. Sad thing is, we live right up the street and wanted to make this place an outing for the kiddos over the summer but no thanks. I will not be returning!

Went here with the kids to go kart. We had a blast and met a very nice young man, I think his name was Tyler and he helped with getting the kids right, he was super friendly and helpful. Great place to take the kiddos over the summer. Glad that places like this are still around for FAMILY fun!! Thank you Midway.
