X-Golf St. Clair Shores

I did a 30 minute golf lesson with Josh and it was an excellent experience. Josh is knowledgeable and very observant. He looks for small changes that are repeatable and does not try to overcomplicate things. In just one session, a few minor changes drastically improved my consistency with hitting the ball flush and my distance. I definitely would highly recommend working with Josh.

Started great when new. Quickly deteriorated overtime with holes in impact screens and machines constantly needing service. Additionally, the managment is a 0/5 stars due to his argumentative nature and “because I said so” attitude while advertising his own “coaching” lessons all over the place. … Update. 1. Then replace the equipment. 2. Same managment I’m referring to replied to this review with a false claim. Claims I refused to leave are untrue which he is aware of and yet posts anyways. After he was made aware, he said he would contact me and never did. I booked a time that his staff placed incorrectly by placing it for the wrong date. We show up and are treated like we’re the problem the entire night. I try fixing the issue and am told I am “restricted” from making times. So management will ban you if they feel you didn’t handle a situation properly.

Nice facility. We went on a Thursday night and all but one of the bays were occupied however they only had one staff member working at the time. (Rachel was an absolute Rockstar and saved the day no doubt) They should really consider investing in more staff as one person could never balance 6 parties needs. Didn't even realize she was the one making all of our food too. Poor management. The food was decent however but notably the pizza was great. The tech is great and has really come a long way from the days of blasting balls carelessly at a Dave and Busters. Hopefully next time they staff accordingly because all of the other ingredients are there for a successful business..
