University of Michigan Golf Course

The University of Michigan Golf Course is a true gem—steeped in history, beautifully maintained, and a fantastic challenge for players of all skill levels. The layout demands precision from tee to green, with rolling fairways, elevated approaches, and fast, undulating greens that reward solid shot-making. During our recent Veteran Golfers Association event, the course delivered in every way. The staff was organized and courteous, helping ensure smooth check-in and a seamless event experience. Conditions were top-notch across the board, from lush fairways to tournament-speed greens. What stands out most is the atmosphere—there’s a sense of tradition and pride here that you can feel throughout the property. The views of the Big House and the classic collegiate architecture add to the experience, making it more than just a round of golf. If you get the chance to play here—take it. Whether you're a Wolverine or just a fan of great golf, this course belongs on your bucket list.

Breathtaking! Played this course last week, the employees there were so kind and helpful. The course on the other hand, was not so kind. Designed by the guy that designed Augusta! It was challenging with bunkers in spots righties did not want them ! All the greens were seriously protected by bunkers! A few blind holes where you needed to place shots accurately but all in all it was a great experience with great people and we had lunch there after and the food was pretty good too! Two 👍👍

University of Michigan Golf Course is the ultimate place to tailgate before a Michigan victory! Although it cost $80 to park it was well worth it. Very fun to play the foosball and enjoy some BBQ during the tailgating festivities. Definitely recommend getting here early and enjoying the atmosphere.
