Mines Golf Club

What a great facility. This was my 2nd round there. I played poorly but the course was in great shape. We stayed for lunch and enjoyed it a lot.

The course was pretty challenging and very fast all around. The past few days of 100+ degree temps didn't do well for the course as I'm sure they couldn't keep up with the amount of water needed to keep it green. First time playing it, but want to come back and see how it plays when its green, but overall i enjoyed the course.

It's very hilly so it can make things interesting, but there aren't any real doglegs, hazards or out of bounds/woods to lose your ball so it's fairly forgiving if you're mediocre like me. Main complaint is the cart paths on a few of the holes branch off in multiple directions or cross other paths with no signs which way you're supposed to go. They also don't have a starter or roving course marshal so things can get backed up starting at hole 4 or 5 if they're busy. The adjacent restaurant/bar is also really good (chef style food, not just cooks) and decently priced so it's a great place to grab lunch before or after your round.
