Bad customer service experience! My family was interested in purchasing 3 sets of kids clubs in different sizes for our little ones to take up golf lessons. The associates were great! Pointed us in the right direction, got us sized properly, were courteous and professional. When it came down do double checking the size recommendations for one of the sets of clubs the associate inquired with the store manager about what were the best options. The store manager was uninterested. Would not engage with the associate, and gave us the impression that he assumed we were either unable to or not really interested in a purchase. Sorry to say that lack of engagement cost you some regular customers. Instead we traveled all the way to Gwinnett to the competition. I am not naming them because this is not about driving your business to the competition. This is about customer service and respect for your community. Don’t assume that when you see people you know them or anything about them! Everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and courtesy! Your associates have it right! You could learn from them. These are the clubs we purchased on 4/26/25. The same day we had our encounter. You will not get any future business from us and I will be certain to share with my golf club (who recommended your store) and my golf buddies be weary of doing business at your location. You have to do better!

Awesome helpful staff, had an issue with a club I recently bought and they took care of it without question. For a small store they got about everything you could want along with a great staff. Forsure have my business moving forward!

Last year I bought a set of Taylormade p790 irons and a new Stealth 2 driver from this store. After having the driver about 9 months something on the inside of the driver came loose and it sounded like a baby rattle at times. This did not affect the way the driver hit but it could be an aggravation at times. I loved that driver but I was concerned that it would get worse. I took it back to the store and the manager, David, said “no problem, I will call Taylormade and get a new head coming and you keep hitting that one until it comes in”. A few days later they called and said the new head and head cover were in so I went by to pick it up and when I got there Taylormade had sent me a new Qi10 driver head instead of the stealth 2! Man I was stoked! I loved my stealth 2 but this Qi10 is a banger. I know it’s easier sometimes to buy on line but these guys have taken care of me for the last 3 years. David and his guys are phenomenal, from regripping to club fitting. They go above and beyond. The store selection is awesome and some of their sales are unbelievable. I can’t say enough good about them.
