What people say about (Heritage Golf Links)

A D

Great course, fun layout to play with some challenging holes Greens are welcoming and in good condition however players need to repair there divots. Spacious putting green and practice facilities with food and beverages and the practice facility.

Heritage has a nice layout with a mixture of both long and short holes. I really enjoy the undulation of the greens, and can appreciate that they are putting money and effort into the course. There are a couple of items that could be better. The course could play a lot more challenging if they were to dry out the greens just a little and allow them to play a little faster. They are very grainy, which is not a bad thing, but with the slowness due to the length that they cut them hurts them. The other item that could be better is outside of their control, which is the general public. There is still such a lack of care by the players in properly fixing their ball marks on the greens, and it shows. They just renovated both the Legacy and Heritage greens, and there are so many unfixed ball marks already. The Tradition side needs some TLC, however, I don't believe they are really invested in that side which is why a lot of players avoid playing it. Lastly, if they could have beverage cart service during the weekend, that could enhance the on-course experience. Overall, the course has a challenging layout that navigates the hills of the Atlanta Metroplex. A generous range, and friendly staff. I would recommend playing there on a Friday morning instead of the weekend just for pace of play purposes.

The course was in good shape. The pace of play was fine. Clubhouse food was tasty. The practice area was nice. (matts wete a little hard). Two holes on the course had drinks for sale, but no cart girl, so that could have been better. Paid $60 to golf at 10 am on a weekday - Reasonable price. Overall, it was a good experience!
