Reunion Country Club

Reunion GC has been around forever and still has a great setup- course, clubhouse, and range. First, the course in March was in great shape, fairways, greens, and bonkers. The pace of play was excellent with foursomes everywhere on a Friday. Second, the range is still nice with all the practice amenities. Their putting green is one of the nicest in metro with plenty of holes 🕳️ for everyone. Lastly, the clubhouse is still nice after all these years with plenty of gear and balls to purchase. The grill had all your every day drinks and soda as well. I didn’t get any food but I still get the weekly Chef emails about their gourmet dishes. The staff was pretty cool and it’s nice to see it’s about “golfing” not about the “golfer” like the 2000s. Big change!! With that, I would recommend a round but this ain’t your flat easy course so be ready for a serious challenge (take it from a 50+ year old 14 handicap). My only reason for 4 stars is the lack of food or drinks at the turn. This has been my complaint for 20 years. If you don’t bring or buy food or drinks at the clubhouse, you will starve and/or get dehydrated. Sure, there is drink machine on #8 but you better have your debt card. The course is long and the cart staff will disappear for holes.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received at the reunion pool today. First off, I had gotten to the pool around 3 and I was completely fine, then around 5 when they called lifeguard break, one of the lifeguards and pool manager came up to me and my 2 friends and asked for my pool card. I had no hesitation in showing him my card and I proceed to say “I haven’t gotten the chance to go to the office to get the green 2025 pool sticker”. I clearly know what color the new sticker is and I clearly live in the neighborhood. Regardless of all of this, they had told me that I had to leave since I didn’t get the sticker yet. They also told me that I need for go to the office to get my new pool sticker. I informed them of the office hours, which they clearly did not seem to know as they don’t even live in the neighborhood themselves. I was then forced to leave the pool since I didn’t have the new sticker. I overheard the pool manager and the lifeguard say that another family didn’t have the new sticker yet they didn’t look like they were getting ready to leave. I did not want to leave but I saw the pool manager giving me strange looks, so me and my friends packed up all of our stuff and left. As we were leaving the pool, the pool manager who was at the table by the gate did not say a single word to me or acknowledge the fact that we were leaving. I would have at least liked a “I apologize for the inconvenience and have a great rest of your day”. Instead we were met with silence and judgemental stares. I am VERY unhappy with the staff as the same issue happened in a previous year and they handled the situation much better. A very well known gentleman agreed with me on this situation, so I know I am not overreacting. I feel as though the situation has been blown completely out of proportion and has left a bad taste in my mouth. Moving forward I hope myself or anyone else doesn’t have to face this. Very disappointing.

Love this course! Always in good shape and fairly priced. There are some challenging holes and some fun par 3's to keep you entertained. The area is really nice and everything is well maintained. When I'm looking to play a round, I always check to see what the rate is here during my available timeframe. Best part is the greens always roll well. Definitely recommend!
