Went with a friend yesterday. It was our first time. It's a nice facility, with a large putting green, range buckets, and of course the simulators. We decided to play Pebble Beach, since the ATT Pro Am was just this last weekend. Drives and fairway irons are fairly easy to transition from a normal course to the simulator. Short chips and putting takes some time to get used to. It's very important that the sensors (3) pick up your club head, otherwise your hit won't register. It took the instructor a few moments to show us how to use the simulator, and provide a few tricks. This 15-20 minutes cut into our two hour time slot, so we were unable to finish 18. Overall, a good experience.
Was in yesterday for the first time and what a great facility! Huge putting area, driving range, and the simulators are phenomenal. Can't wait to schedule a tee-time and shoot a round without worrying about weather....2 golfers can shoot 18 in about an hour. Best yet, you can grab snacks and some great craft beer from 3Daughters Bewery...
Bucket prices are comparable to regular courses. Simulator time is very reasonably priced when 2-4 guys share the time...when everyone is committed to keeping it moving. Strongly recommend turning on auto-putting to speed up the round. The putting is frustrating and really doesn't add value to the round, especially with the time you will waste trying to figure it out. Food is good enough, the facility is very comfortable. The real selling point is how friendly and enjoyable the staff are. They genuinely want customers to enjoy it and come back.
