Very bad experience 30 minutes ago at this Edwin Watts location. I came in to purchase two clubs and handed them to a salesman, who I later found out was the assistant manager. He didn’t say hello, didn’t look me in the eye, and simply gave me the total. When I asked if he needed my phone number (as I’m always asked), he replied, “It doesn’t matter, there’s no discount.” I explained that the store manager usually cares about customer data, so he reluctantly took my number — clearly unwilling. I paid in cash. Not a single “thank you” or polite gesture. His attitude was rude and dismissive throughout. He even seemed angry, so I asked, “Did you get some bad news today? Is something wrong?” and he replied, “You’re the one with a problem.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a sales role. I’ve spent over $10,000–15,000 at this store over the years, and I’ve never had such a disrespectful experience. I won’t mention his name — that’s not my style — but the store deserves this review.
