What people say about (Greynolds Golf Course)

Traci S. McILwain

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the current state of the greens at Greynold Golf Course. As a loyal Patron member, I’ve always enjoyed playing the course and appreciate the unique layout, especially the challenging non-holes. The starter are always on point, However, over the past several months, the greens have deteriorated significantly. Despite these poor conditions, there has been no discount or adjustment in the $32 fee for 9 holes. Frankly, it’s frustrating to pay full price for a course that isn’t up to the standard we expect. When can we expect to see real improvements and the course returned to a playable condition? I hope you can address this matter promptly and ensure that our golfing experience is both enjoyable and fair.

I recently moved to Sunny Isles Beach from London, UK, and was looking for a local golf course where I could go and play 9 holes once a week. I needed something close by, affordable, not too busy and in decent condition. I must say Greynolds Park surpassed my expectations on all these fronts. Firstly, it is really close by & easy to park close to the clubhouse free of charge (on weekdays). The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. There is definitely a mixture of abilities on the golf course but it's never what I'd call slow and those who are struggling a little tend to be fine letting me through if there is no traffic ahead. The carts are modern with screens showing the course map and yardage from cart to centre of green. The course is not what you would call challenging or beautiful but it is generally very playable, even shortly after heavy rain. I play there to get regular game practice on a course so for $25 or so for 9 holes I cannot complain. I don't mind if I'm learning to hit the ball straight on plush fairways with beautiful waterfalls and flowers surrounding me, as long as the course is in decent condition I'm happy . All I care is that I have somewhere I enjoy being to learn to hit the ball straight. This quickly became my new regular practice course & I do not have one bad thing to say about it.

This place is a dog track with nothing but practice greens, I wouldn’t pay 10 dollars to play this course again let alone the 55 since they charged me 25 dollars to bring my girlfriend in the cart when all she did was read a book the whole time, 25 bucks for her to sit and watch me play this poor excuse for a golf course absolute joke will not return and will leave this same review on google. The greens that aren’t changed to ten greens are absolutely destroyed no more than 4 feet of flat grass on any of them.
