We lived at Cypress lakes for ten years after retirement. A medical emergency prompted our return to our home state of Iowa, yet we still make trips back to Cypress Lakes to see old friends. Are still amazed at the beauty of the place. Well maintained golf courses and streets. 2 swimming pools and hot tubs. A fitness center. Manicured yards, a clubhouse with grille, library, main hall, and meeting rooms. So proud to have called this home, and can't wait to return.
I have loved Cypress Lakes for 14 years. My joy is having a grill and restaurant on property where I can meet my friends. I love the music nights. We had a great bar game night. Now that Cove runs it. It is horrible. We lost bar games and property manager closed the grill for 5 days and canceled good weekend music during our premier golf tournament. He is horrible. When we go to his boss…nothing….she loves him. We deserve better than what Cove is letting them do here.
We really like it here, but we need to have the lawn service cut the grass. I am over 75 and .have had to weed whip our yard three times, and when the service mows they hit my new down spout, yes I know but we pay for the service and it must be the low bidder?? Last year was much better. We have called the office without any results and another resident called Corporate with the same issue only to get a pat on the head. No follow up by our manager, and we all know what happens next, the park goes downhill.update the mower came on Friday. Here we go again, bad blades? Going to fast? or don’t care. Called the office for there opinion so all we are asking for is mow the grass do a good job and we can be happy, sounds great we will see.
