I played golf with a friend.The course was challenging.the greens rolled true,were FAST, and provided great fun. The fairways had crab grass growing here and there,but it didn't affect our play. The cost was reasonable.The $$value was terrific. The staff was courteous and friendly. The pace was super.... I hate being wedged in play like a sardine.This wasn't the case at Copperhead.We play MUCH better at a relaxed pace. He and I would return again. Course layout gave us many distance options that we appreciated. I'm glad Copperhead is here in our area. BTW,I live on a golf course in Naples worked at a Bonita Bay upscale club for two years when I first retired.I have played many of the fine courses in Naples.
This course is horrible, how anyone could give this a five star review is beyond me. Start at the tee boxes. Spray painted, mostly sand and weeds. Fairways patches of weeds and dirt. Greens weeds. We play a lot of golf at a lot of courses, I wouldn't play this course again if it were free. I would rate it as one of the worst kept golf courses I have ever played.
This course is awful. Crowned tee boxes, bald fairways, weeds and rocks in the bunkers and worst of all the greens are totally overtaken by weeds. There isn't a clear path to the hole on any green. To charge $65+ for this wreck is appalling. This was my first time playing and surely will be the last unless there is a total renovation.
