Great amenities, low HOA fees in comparison to other communities. Nice community, mix of retirees and those of us still working and some families. Responsive management, plan is kept up, location is close to everything. You can eat at the restaurant without a membership out of season and pay out of pocket. Nice pools. Worth checking out if you are in the market for a home.

Really cool that someone had the bright idea to build a big, fancy gated community for rich people in the American South AND name it "The Plantation" in the year of our lord 2018. Must've thought long and hard about that one, and what historical connotations that name has! Good Job!

How does this place still call itself"plantation" the are proud of their racism apparently.... Golf course is nice... Typical gated community
