Hampton Lakes

It's a beautiful community and I have a beautiful home but unfortunately it hasn't come close to living up to the expectations that I had when I moved in here. My sales guy told me we're going to have retail built inside the neighborhood and a tiki bar by the pool, and now I find out we're not building retail and the tiki bar by the pool was built but not in this neighborhood. If I want to go it costs around $400 a month in addition to our HOA fees. The activities in our neighborhood are so lame it's like living in a nursing home. It's truly disappointing that I spent so much money on this home, and I feel I was sold a bunch of empty promises.

I spent 3 years as a resident of River Hall Country Club and now reside in Hampton Lakes at River Hall with my husband Denis. These two residential gated communities are the best kept secrets in the Fort Myers area. The is the fastest growing area in southwest Florida. So, now is the time to join the rest of us and The River Hall communities are a beautiful place to start.

My family just moved there, they have a very respectful staff at the community center. The pool is very clean and tidy with beautiful decor. The community is very inviting and great for families.
