I want to say this course is a must play on the front 9 bit the back nine is so torn up it's terrible. My ball sunk right into the fairway! It may be due to the soccer option play on only the back nine or may be to they close their doors while customers are still on the course. They have a lot to pick up on before I recommend anyone to play a round of golf with Hunter's Creek Golf Course.
I use to love this course, I can remember visiting my mother a few years ago from NY and rushing to get on this course. What happened??? I am so disappointed with the appearance of everything about this course, from the t boxes, fairways and to the greens all have gone down hill. Not the price though. I would only recommend this course because of the layout, it has a nice track. I know FL is dry but dam the fairways look like one large brown paper bag. The greens are partially punched with way too much sand in certain spots. Oh well, my suggestion is for you to take your hard earned $$'s and spend them somewhere you'll be happy. Hopefully someone will take the time to bring this old beauty back to her original self.
I though we were getting a deal at $30 with a cart. What we got was a horrible experience. Every green has sand spots and bare areas. Anything outside the fairway is a guaranteed lost ball. Completely overgrown. Weeds everywhere. Sand traps full of growth. Don't play here
