Goodwin Park Golf Course

I played the "flat 9" north course three times in the past few weeks and thought it was a great place to start my return to the game. Some of the holes are quite challenging, with only a narrow window to the fairway. No sand or water to worry about. I played the front 9 of the south course this morning and found it in great condition. There are some "ground under repair" spots here and there, but the fairways, greens, fringes, and roughs are all in beautiful condition. Prices are very reasonable. For a senior* who walks and carries his bag, it was only $14 for 9 holes. *Note: the date of birth on my driver's license indicates I am a senior... my brain vehemently disagrees!!!

Nice course. Greens are in great shape. Cart paths are a mess. They look like they are redoing them. The drainage is awful water everywhere. Will go back when it's dry. It's in good shape even with all the rain.

First time I played here. Course was in really, really good shape. Would definitely like to return at some point to play again.
