FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They're going out of business; all sales are final. Signage and advertising says "EVERYTHING MUST GO!" "30-50% OFF" -- This is false...Most items are 20% off; we couldn't find one item that was 50% off!!! I'm confident they've marked up many items so that people "THINK" they're getting a deal...BUYER BEWARE!!! In addition, my husband found a leftie demo wedge that was marked down, but when we took it to the checkout, it scanned as $35 more than what the label clearly said. A manager (I think his name is Jordan--No name tag) was called over by our cashier (Cody) and the manager said it was "human error" and he took the club from my hands. I was upset, to say the least!!...Mostly by his cocky attitude...But kept the situation low key. Lastly, it's not clearly posted...(except a small sign at the very last cash register before you walk out the door; register wasn't being used)...they will not honor ANY discounts cards or coupons!!! I almost flipped over that; walked away first though!!! So much for customer service after all our family's loyal years to Golfsmith...Bye,Bye Golfsmith!!!
1 star on club repair. Had 3 clubs epoxied here. 1 iron flew off at the range. 1 iron repaired logo wrong. They installed new grip which still made shaft logo wrong. Then just had 3 wood shafted. The logo is extremely crooked! No more chances. I’ll drive down to Roger Dunn
Needed new grips, called to see if they were in stock. A young lady answered and although she didn’t seem very knowledgeable, she was still able to answer whether they carried what I needed. I was a bit hesitant on driving 30 mins out but it was well worth it. Golf services are located in the far back right corner. We were greeted by Ed, amazing Ed! I told him what I was interested in which, were the Winn grips we went back and forth and decided I should try golf pride Because ultimately this brand lasted longer. While Ed gripped my club, I walked around and found a cute Ping hat! 10 mins later I was out! Thanks again Ed!
