UPEC Fitness - Golf Fitness Training Center

Took a 20 year break from golf and decided to pick it back up for health purposes. Frustrated & lost after self-teaching for a year, so I decided to pursue lessons. Lowest score prior to UPEC: 101. Both Mario and Mark were helpful in fixing my deficits and helping me gain awareness with my club face and swing path. After a month of coming twice a week, I was able to carryover my progress in the gym to the course by trimming that 101 to 92. Mark was able to personalize my program that worked towards my physical and golf goals, which I appreciated. Clean gym, flexible scheduling, and focused coaches. Thank you again UPEC.

This place is Awesome! Mario played a pivotal role in my son's success during his high school baseball career. Anthony couldn't have done it without him. The training is intense and the results are undeniable. Don't let the Golf Fitness title fool you. The training they provide translates to a variety of sports as well as simply regaining your everyday fitness. They definitely have the program to accommodate your needs. Five stars for sure!💪💪💪
