Country Club Villas & Terrace Apartment Homes

This review is a reflection of how much we love living in “our resort” Country Club Villas. Our community is quiet, green (considering our drought limitations) and rewarding. Our Property manager; Chris, assistant Raenne; leasing agent Danielle, and the maintenance team members Juan and Jose have provided the best service, leadership, vetting, and improvements proactively. We are happy and quietly enjoying our “resort living”. Thank you Team Country Club Villas

I do stand by my initial review as I did it based on the information and climate at the time. Much of it still holds true however, an update in now warranted. UPDATE: Through the first 10 years that we have made Country Club Villas and Terrace our home when a lease would come to end the leasing office would offer for us to sign another lease with an increase in cost and usually with some sort of incentive to encourage it to be signed in a timely manner. In addition, the longer the lease the less of an increase. The increases in monthly cost to live here were always reasonable $45 - $55. Having a lease ensured that we would know exactly what we were paying and could budget accordingly. For the owners it ensures that they would have a resident in the unit paying on time and for that determined length of time. In the last 4 years the management no longer offers the option to sign a lease. Only new residents are allowed a lease and then after that you are month to month. In the last 3 years the increases in monthly rent have totaled at least $425. Just nine months ago our rent was increased by $75 at which time when we were questioning the Property Manager Chris, a Cannon Management representative, about the increase, we were told not to worry there will not be another increase for a year. Simply not the case. We were just given yet another increase of $150 per month. The condescending tone and the inference that the increase could be much more is a little hard to tolerate. Especially when our home is dated not at all like the newer remodeled homes. This most recent increase and the shortness of time between increases is unsettling to say the least. The inconsistent amounts, time frame, and misinformation given are concerning. At the same time this behavior could explain the high turnover in residents this past year. In the mean time we are holding out for things to get better. ORIGINAL: We moved here in 2010 and couldn't be happier with choosing this community for our home. It's a pleasant, and peaceful place to live. There are some really cool ammenities, the workout room, the walking path that goes through the complex and beyond, the pools, jacuzzi's, and even community citrus trees ( Lemon, Orange, & Tangerine.) The staff is friendly, responsive, and available 7 days a week with the exception of holidays. The office staff consists of Chris, Raeanne, and Danielle who all do a great job at making sure that the day to day business is running smooth. When things come up they are quick to respond and fix any issues that may arise. The maintenance staff is amazing. Juan, Jose, Anthony, and Dexter do a wonderful job with maintaining the units, workout room, and the grounds. All in all Country Club Villa's is a safe and comfortable place to live and we are happy to call it home. ~attached photos are from the walking path facing North to the mountains in the winter months.

My experience living at the Country Club Terraces has been absolutely amazing! The community is just wonderful, the scenery is great, there is the most beautiful pool areas with comfortable lounging areas, and the gym is in walking distance and been very useful! Overall, the Country Club Villas & Terraces experience has outdone my expectations for a place to call home.
