Monterey Pines Golf Club

Great little track. Not super long, but kept up well. Extremely long round of golf, ad they really pack in the tee times. Had fun and the rentals were decently priced. They accommodated squeezing two of us in the day before we made our reservation which I appreciated.

Monterey Pines Golf Resort is a hidden gem! The course is in great shape, with well-maintained fairways and greens that roll true. It's the perfect blend of challenge and fun, whether you're a casual golfer or more experienced. The layout is beautiful, with scenic views and that fresh coastal air that just makes the whole experience better. Staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I checked in. Pace of play was smooth, and it never felt rushed or crowded. Great value for the quality of the course, especially considering the location. Whether you're local or just visiting the area, Monterey Pines is absolutely worth a round. Can’t wait to come back!

Drove up from San Diego for a last-minute birthday trip for my guy, we're so glad that we chose to play at this course. Every part of this golf course was very well maintained. The tee boxes, even the forward tees, were flat and perfectly manicured, providing a perfect teeing ground. The fairways were in great shape and not too narrow. The rough was manageable but challenging in some spots. The greens were on the smaller size, a bit of a challenge for some of us less skilled golfers. I can't think of a single one that was not in fantastic shape. The course is located next to a small airport, so if small planes occasionally flying over your head freaks you out, then maybe this one is not for you. This course is a military course but open to the public. It is a fantastic value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is in the area
